Both our Seattle and Portland showroom’s have will call pickup options that allow you to pre-purchase items online for in-store pickup. This is a great way to save time in the showroom, especially as we get into the busier summer months, as well as save on shipping costs.

Please note: Will call orders for the Seattle location can be placed at coalitiontattoosupply.com. For Portland customers, visit coalitionsupplypdx.com to place an order. If you don’t see your desired pickup location, check that you’re on the correct website. 

Important notes:

• First time ordering? You’ll need to verify your professional status using the form on our verification page on coalitiontattoosupply.com before placing an order. Orders without proper verification will be subject to delays and possible cancellation.
• Orders are ready within 2hrs. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or holidays will be ready the following business day. A notification will be sent via email when your order is ready for pickup.
• Your order number is required for pickup. If you are sending a shop assistant or anyone else to pick up your order, send them a screenshot of the pick up notification or text them the order number. Without an order number, they will not be allowed to pick up your order.
• Multiple orders made by the same person will be packaged together.
• Keep an eye on your email inbox after placing your order in case we need to contact you about your order.

Specific info for Portland will call orders:

• Need your order shipped instead of pickup? Contact us at pdx@coalitiontattoosupply.com with your name and order number. Your pickup order will be canceled, and you’ll need to place a new order on coalitiontattoosupply.com. The Portland Showroom cannot ship orders or transfer orders made on the Portland pickup site to our main site.
