Proof of your professional status will need to be verified in order to open an account with Coalition Tattoo Supply.
You can either bring these items with you upon your first pickup
- OR - submit information to pdx@coalitiontattoosupply.com
- State Tattoo License + Photo ID with matching name
- Temporary Oregon licenses are accepted for the duration of the pass
- Shop name you’re affiliated with & physical address
From a state that does not require tattoo licenses?
*We may need to verify more than one of the following:
- Business License or Health License with your name on it
- Verifiable Tattoo Shop that can vouch for you
- Online portfolio associated with licensed Tattoo Shop
- We must verify that it is your portfolio with you in some of the photos
*If you have placed an order with us online without establishing a professional account with us, you will be given one week to support your professional status, or your order will be canceled and refunded minus the merchant fee of 15%.
