The stand's frame is fabricated from 3/4" black pipe and hot rolled steel and has rubber feet.
The adjustable top pad has a double washer hinge and sliding handles that never get in the way and allow for 180 degrees of movement.
The top pad is 15" x 11" with a base steel 1/8" plate to cover the entire bottom of the top pad under 1/2" hardboard under 1" high density foam covered in Dacron and marine grade vinyl stitched up using french seams and top stitch.
